Hi guys! Amanda and I are starting a blog segment about our weight loss journey!
We will document our weight(Only me Amanda paiseh), the workout that we will be doing and the food that we ate.
Our strategy is simple
- Eat lesser for dinner. (Amanda cheated today)
- Exercise thrice a week.
- Drink one full cup of water every meal.
Our exercise will consist of Cardio(High Interval Intensity Training) and strength training like bench press/pullups.
- Roasted Chicken (YUM)
- And no we didn't cook the chicken, we bought it off NTUC ready made hahaha.
- Oyster Mushroom with Oyster Sauce
